Message
It is with great pleasure
and pride that I welcome you to the Fairtrade
website. Through this website, we endeavor not only to
showcase the core activities of our organization but also to
take you on a journey of our achievements, the milestones we
have touched and the hands we have joined with other worthy
organizations, since our inception in 1974.
We have always excelled in setting high targets, achieving
them and looking out for greater horizons in our business of
marketing and distributing leading FMCG brands in the
Sultanate of Oman.
We have spared no effort in making this website as
informative as possible. For those of you who are looking for
channel partners in the FMCG industry in Oman, may I direct
you to our

has an impressive and ever expanding listing of Brands and
Products that we distribute all over the Sultanate of Oman.
Our genesis dates back to May 1974, when
we opened shop with modest beginnings and a big vision. Our
vision to be a leader in food product distribution in Oman -
was realized the hard way through years of acquired
experience, relentless pursuit of product quality and an
unflinching commitment to delight our customers.
The organization’s steady and sustained progress over three
decades is ample testimony that we have firmly put ourselves
on the business map of Oman and Fairtrade is today
a name to reckon with in the local FMCG industry.
For any organization, having a vision is not enough; we need
to have sound commitment and untiring support of the employees
to realize that vision. And I must say, we have been blessed
in this regard. Our employees are our core assets and have
played a key role (and are still diligently at it) in bringing
this organization to its present revered position in the FMCG
industry.
Fairtrade is proof of the fact that an organization
can lead with heart, nurture its relationships with
stakeholders, stick to its policy of ‘Doing What is Right’ and
bring about a Win-Win situation.
Our ultimate focus is not just on building a successful and
profitable business enterprise but to nurture strong goodwill
and loyalty among the people related to this organization. We
believe that there is no joy in arriving at the finish line
alone; there is truly a greater sense of satisfaction and
accomplishment when we get there with all our people, and the
more the number, the more gratifying is the victory.
